

Blind DateThe mall was emptier than I had ever seen it. And really, who goes to the mall at eight AM, save for the occasional sale. Yet here I was, heels clicking along the empty second floor as I made my way to the food court. Some time for a date, I thought, glancing at my watch. 8:09AM. Stores werent even open yet. I rounded the corner that opened up into the expansive food court, and took in the sight. Empty.
I took a moment to double check the rest of mall, as far as my eyes could see, but there was no one inhabiting its walls besides random shop emp
